Fall flavors on the plate in central Istria

“Fall flavors on a plate in central Istria” (Jesen na pijatu u središnjoj Istri) will take place from 04th till 27th October 2025., in the restaurants and taverns of central Istria. In the mentioned period, the catering providers will offer traditional meals of Istrian cuisine prepared with local seasonal ingredients, with the aim to strengthen the gastronomy offer of the central Istria and further integrating the family run farms and catering providers in the post season.
