Hook & Cook is back!

Third time in central Istria, to Cerovlje ponds near Pazin. A menu inspired by freshwater and sea fish will be prepared in cooperation with the Pazinčica Sports Fishing Association and Tourist board of Central Istra.

This festival is a real treat for all fish street food lovers! Enjoy top-notch delicacies prepared on the spot by the Hook & Cook team. The festival program starts at 5:00 PM. Visitors will enjoy energetic sets by DJ Nemanja, ensuring a great atmosphere throughout the day, and an excellent music performance by the popular band. One of the main events of the festival will be a culinary competition in cooking fish stew (fiš-paprikaš). Three teams from the Pazinčica Sports Fishing Society will showcase their culinary skills, which will be judged by an expert panel, and visitors will have the opportunity to taste their specialties.
