Beekeeping Baričević

Beekeepers family Baričević is located right beneath the Učka mountain in the protected area of the Nature Park, on the very edge of Vranjska (Vela) Draga.

In this predominantly livestock farming region, surrounded by century-old linden trees, oak forests, and meadows, we decided to start our sweet and natural story. That’s how we established our beehives.

Faithful to tradition, while actively educating ourselves and introducing new technologies, today, at our apiaries, you can find various types of honey, pollen, propolis, and wax for making cosmetics. As migratory beekeepers, we produce different types of honey during the honey seasons, from which we also create gift packages for various occasions.
We sell our products exclusively from home or at fairs. We haven't forgotten our traditions, so, with the help of our grandparents, we still keep cows, chicken, and pigs in our yard alongside the bees. And every spring, the old cherry trees give us their juicy fruits.
