In Sylvis wine

Our story begins in 2014, when we replanted grapevines and olive trees on our family estate after many years. Our wine and other products bear the name In Sylvis (Latin for "in the forests"), which has multiple symbolic meanings. The village where we grew up and where the vineyard is located got its name from the monastery remembered in history as Monasterium Sancti Petri in Sylvis – Saint Peter's Monastery in the Forests.

Would you like to visit us and taste our wine along with other Istrian products from local producers? Wine tastings at the In Sylvis tasting room are accompanied by Istrian snacks, and with prior notification and reservation, you can also enjoy other dishes of traditional cuisine. The foundation of our offer is local Istrian and seasonal ingredients, which is why the menu regularly changes.
