Selina

The settlement, located 3 km southeast of Sveti Lovreč, is situated on a small elevation. The area was inhabited in prehistoric times, antiquity, and the Middle Ages. The first historical records of the village date back to 1556 when it was founded by refugees from Dalmatia fleeing from Ottoman conquests. At the southern edge of the settlement stands the Romanesque church of Saint Lucy, featuring a Glagolitic inscription on a stone custodian with the engraved year 1568. The church facade acquired a Baroque belfry in the 17th century.

Near Seline, there is a quarry after which a type of stone was named.
