Spring in Central Istria brings a wealth of flavors and aromas, and the gastronomic event Fritaje and Spring dishes is a true celebration of seasonal ingredients. This event continues the tradition of Fritaja weeks, but in a refreshed edition, highlighting a variety of spring dishes.
From April 5 to April 27, 2025, visitors can enjoy creative dishes inspired by wild herbs and Easter traditions.
